Pediatrician in the United States: How does it work?

We have been living here in the United States since March 2022. We moved when the girls were 14 years old, 8 years old, and 2 and a half months old. Therefore, one of the concerns was to find a pediatrician fairly quickly. A pediatrician is a primary healthcare doctor.

Therefore, well-check (routine) visits are generally covered by the health plan without copay. On the other hand, visits called sick-visit (due to some illness, symptom) are partly paid for by the patient. Of course, it can be different with your health plan, but most work this way.
